All churches are invited to be a part of Kingdom Builders. We invite you and your youth group to register and participate.

From October 1-February 28—You may register your group with no deposit at time of registration. Simply complete the Group Information Forms and mail or fax them according to the form. A $50 per person deposit for the number of participants you register must be postmarked no later than March 1, 2008. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable to the balance after that date. 

After March 1—All registrations must include a $50 per person deposit in order to register your group.  Registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. When the project is full, it is closed to any new groups.

The cost—

Registration Includes:

• Leadership on-site
• Lodging (school, church, or some other facility)
• All meals at the project (one evening meal will be on your own)
• T-shirt for each participant
• Program materials (printed & worship)
• Special giveaways for all participants

Other Information:

• The balance of fees is due May 15.
•  All participants must have completed the 7th grade by the start of the project.
•  It is the policy of Kingdom Builders Ministries, Inc., along with Glenn/Davis & Associates (insurance provider) that all adults or those in the role of a manager, coach or sponsor be 21 years of age by the start date of the project.  You must bring 1 adult for every 5 teenagers.  Managers you bring not serving as chaperones cannot be counted in that ratio.
• You may cancel any participants up to 7 days prior to the project start date with the loss of the deposit.  Any cancellations within 6 days of the project will forfeit the entire cost of the project per cancellation.
• Coaches serve as adults in leadership positions on each team.  Because of their importance, KB requires an application be filled out by each coach candidate.

Managers are a vital part of the construction process.  They have the expertise to do the work required of them.  It is our policy that your church provide 1 manager per 10 participants requesting construction.  Please locate these individuals and have them fill out an application.
